Sometimes the middle of the week calls for a major pick me up. We know the feeling all too well. That’s why we love to participate in Wellness Wednesdays! - Lavender Essential Oil
We love essential oils due to the number of health benefits they provide. Lavender is one of our favorites because not only does it smell fantastic, but it has amazing stress and anxiety relieving properties. We like to put a few drops in a scent diffuser and let all our midweek stress melt away.
It’s no secret that yoga provides a great workout that leaves us feeling fresh and energized, but yoga also provides amazing mental health benefits. We love to hit up classes whenever we’re feeling burned out, stressed or just in need of a really great stretch.
- A Good Book
We find that we spend so much time throughout our week staring at cellphone and computer screens. Sometimes we need to give our eyes a much needed rest from screen time and that’s when we pickup a good page-turner. Check here for some of our favorite book recommendations.
Given our matcha obsession we try to get a cup (or two) in everyday. There is no better start to our Wednesday mornings than reading the paper and sipping on a freshly brewed cup of matcha. We like to brew ours at home made perfect every time with our Tea-Ceré.
- Homemade Granola Bars
Granola bars are the perfect on-the-go snack, great for whenever we need to stave off the hunger pains. However a lot of granola bars bought from the store tend to have added sugars and preservatives. That’s why we like to make a batch ahead of the week at home and snack on one whenever we’re in need. - Scent Diffuser
For the ultimate relaxing evening in we like to open up a scent diffuser to turn our homes into a spa-like oasis. Use pre-selected scents or drop a few essential oils in one for a long-lasting scent that will leave us feeling relaxed and completely at ease.
