You Sharp Customer Advisor may be able to streamline your experience by using our visual collaboration tool to collect necessary information with your smart device without ever having to install an app. You can choose to receive this link through text or email. Simply click in “OK Permissions” to the camera and microphone, now you can easily walk through and look through the concern together with the Sharp Customer Advisor, almost as easily you were in the same room.
Your Sharp Customer Advisor can direct you to important information such as model, serial numbers, and capture a photo immediately. You can demonstrate your question or issue with the live video connection. You can also share important documents like receipts and warranty documents. All without scanning, faxing, mailing, or emailing a photo to your Sharp Customer Advisor for your case.
