If you are experience issues while trying to load Netflix or looking to set up a new account, follow along as we show you how to reset your Netflix account on your Sharp TV.
With your TV powered on press the menu button TV remote, using the directional pad scroll to the left orĀ right until you’ve highlighted “Information”. Once highlighted press the down button and highlight “Netflix Help”. Press “ENTER” to access this option. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to deactivate your Netflix, highlight “Deactivate” and then press ‘Enter”. Your Netflix account will deactivate, to log into another account or back into an existing account, press the Netflix button on the remote to launch the application.
