Boil until soft. Mash the boiled potatoes while still hot; add sugar, salt, and mix     carefully. Prepare your favorite hot powdered tea; add to the mix. Separate into 8-10 portions, wrap with plastic wrap and squeeze. Try decorating the dish with sugared red beans.
