We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it is also the most commonly skipped meal. Sometimes it seems as though there’s not enough time in the mornings to make breakfast and get out the door on time. That’s why we love easy meals we can make the night before and toss into our bags on our way out the door in the morning.
We partnered with our friends at Food 52 to create this delicious and easy popcorn granola that is perfectly paired with some Greek yogurt in the mornings. This recipe, made in Sharp’s Carousel Orville Redenbacher’s Certified Countertop Microwave, is super simple to make and gives us the excuse of eating our favorite snack food for breakfast!
