Baked Spanish Mackerel With Miso and Tea Glaze

Sprinkle salt on the fish and set aside. Wipe moisture off , spread Miso and Tea Glaze on the surface of the fish and grill until grill marks begin to appear When both sides are sufficiently browned, cover the fish with aluminum foil. Cook until the fish is cooked through.
Add poppy or sesame seeds as desired.
